As a customer service team member, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries and coordinating with other agency team members.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
SALARY: BASE $40,000 - $50,000 with potential u to $5000 increase in first 6 months
Annual base salary reviews in January.
